Contract & License Exam
The process begins with signing the contract—digital or physical. We require only one 5-minute visit from you to handle the power of attorney.
Timeline: You focus on the Final License Exam (July). Once passed, the clock starts ticking for us.
Provisional Diploma & Secure Storage
Immediately after the exam, the University issues the Provisional Diploma (Adeverința). We collect it from the Secretariat, translate it, and legalize it for your target country (EN, DE, IT, ES, GR).

Once the University releases the Final Diploma & Supplement (Winter), we perform the official collection. We then secure two critical stamps:
- CNRED Validation: Ministry of Education recognition.
- The Apostille: Applied at the Prefecture on both Diploma and Supplement.
Ministry of Health (DSP) & Compliance
We obtain the Certificate of Authenticity from the University and file the dossier at the Ministry of Health (DSP) for the Certificate of Conformity. Processing time: 1-2 months.
Dichiarazione di Valore
For doctors intending to practice in Italy, an additional procedure is mandatory: the Declaration of Value issued by the Italian Consulate in Bucharest.
Note: This procedure can only begin after the Final Diploma is issued and Apostilled. The Consulate processing time can take up to 3 months. Lex Logos manages the entire appointment and submission process.
